N.T. Huat Kee always stresses that all products that leave the factory should be fresh and of high quality. Based on such principles, the management has been practicing quality methods in accordance with HACCP procedures which is also a requirement by European countries & U.S.A.

Other than the HACCP, our production is also based on HALAL principles which ensures that our products are available to all communities.

 

Production Facilities

 
 

To continuously process hygiene products of high quality, the management has invested substatially in upgrading machinery and production facilities.

 

Amongst the list of machinery employed by the company are :-

 

- Liquid Nitrogen Individual Quick Frozen
- Metal Detector
- Contact Freezer
- Prawn Grading Machine
- Vacuum Pack Machine
- 10 Cold Rooms with a total capacity exceeding 2,000 m/tons.

 

Facilities

 

We have our own laboratory and microbiologists to conduct testing on finished products as well as our incoming raw materials. This is to ensure that all raw materials and finished products consistently meet our criteria.

 

Apart from the lab, we also have our in house product research and development. Since our buyers come from various parts of the world, our R&D team is essential so as to create various products to cater the various taste buds in the respective countries.
